I'm Melanie. My first twenty years were operations — JPMorgan Chase Private Banking in Geneva, international wealth management, then process and change work at Desjardins Securities. Structure, documentation and reporting were the job.
Then I built my own product brand. Miminoo went from concept to 500+ wholesale doors with me owning every layer: supplier sourcing in China and India, technical specs and safety certifications, freight and customs, 3PL performance in two countries, Shopify merchandising, and Faire, Etsy and Amazon on top of it. No agency, no team.
That's where AI earned its place. Not as a trend — as the only way one person keeps listings, customer replies, marketplace copy, reporting and wholesale admin moving. I also built Atlas CEO Business Tracker because no existing tool handled the complexity of a real multi-channel product business.
Now I do that for other owners: fix the operational foundation first, then automate. Sometimes it's a ready-made setup I hand you cheaply; sometimes it's tailored to your channels and product line. Either way it has to be cost-effective and it has to last.
