Start with one system, not ten AI tools

Most founders I meet do not have an AI problem. They have an order-of-operations problem.

They buy the tool first. Then they try to bolt a process onto it. Then they wonder why nothing sticks.

Build the system, then automate it

Write down the task exactly as you do it today. Every click, every copy-paste, every decision. If you cannot write it down, AI cannot do it for you.

Automate one step, not the whole thing

Pick the single most repetitive step and hand only that to AI. Product descriptions. Customer replies. Weekly numbers. One step, one week, then measure.

Keep what earns its place

If a tool does not save you an hour a week or make you money, cancel it. Simplicity scales. Stacks do not.
